With these rock wool pads, sowing seeds is child's play. Simply place 3-5 seeds in the hollow, put the pad in a net cup, put a cover on top and place it in the APPA. The roots of seedlings easily penetrate the medium and are supplied with nutrients and oxygen.
It is also very easy to grow cuttings: simply moisten the pad with water and stick the cutting in the middle. Then put it in a net cup and place it in the APPA as usual. Done!
